INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Camping Gran Paradiso, as Data Controller (hereinafter “Controller”), informs you pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) that your personal data provided by sending information requests via email and/or by telephone in order to satisfy your requests will be processed as follows:

The personal data provided by you to the Data Controller are subject to electronic and paper processing. “Processing” means the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data (Art. 4 Privacy Code and Art. 4 co. 2 GDPR).

The data, collected through voluntary, free and explicit sending by the interested party of a letter via email and post; by contacting the structure by telephone, will be used in order to respond to your requests. The duration of their processing will be until the request is satisfied and they may be processed by subjects appointed by the owner such as any internal and external managers, formally appointed data processors.

The list of persons authorised to process your personal data is kept and can be consulted, upon written request to be sent to the Data Controller by email addressed to campgranparadisovalsavarenche@gmail.com or by registered letter with return receipt (rrr) addressed to the Data Controller's headquarters.

Data provided voluntarily by the interested party

If the user provides additional data in addition to those explicitly requested via email and/or letters, they will be acquired and processed in full compliance with the law and if they exceed the purposes of the processing, they will be deleted.

For particular services on request, specific summary information will be provided.

Communication to third parties and categories of recipients (art. 13, 1st paragraph GDPR)

Your data will not be transmitted to third parties.

Privacy Policy Renewal

Any processing of data beyond the expected retention period will result in the sending of a new notice, which will report and specify the type of data collected, the processing that will be carried out, the data retention period and the indication of the third parties to whom your data may be transmitted.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In your capacity as interested party, you are recognized the rights set forth in Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR.

Where applicable, you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 16 to 21 of the GDPR (right to: rectification, restriction of processing, opposition, right to portability and to be forgotten).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website www.campinggranparadiso.it during their normal function, acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to associate the interested parties and identify them, but, by its nature, could allow the identification of the user through processing, associations and cross-referencing with data held by the Owner and third parties.

This category includes: IP addresses, domain names of computers accessed by users, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources and their time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the data server's response (successful, error, etc.) and additional parameters of the user's operating system and IT environment.

The data collected in this way are anonymous and are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. This type of data is deleted immediately after processing. Such data could be used for control and ascertainment of responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
